With backgrounds in media, music, and storytelling (plus a healthy obsession with dogs and good lighting), we’ve spent the last decade turning real love stories into cinema gold.

You and your fiance have planned the perfect wedding — now it’s time to make sure your timeline flows beautifully. One of the biggest keys to a smooth, stress-free day is nailing down your wedding day timing so you can actually enjoy it instead of feeling rushed.

From a Greenville, SC wedding filmmaker and photographer’s perspective, a well-paced timeline makes all the difference. It allows us to capture every detail big and small — the quiet in-between moments, the laughter, the emotions — while keeping you fully present in the day you’ve been dreaming of.

A Sample Wedding Day Timeline

Let’s start with a 6:00 PM reception for example. If your reception starts earlier or later, just shift everything back or ahead. The same goes for travel — if you’re staying on-site, you’ll have a little extra breathing room. So you may need to account for extra coverage time if you have a long commute between locations.

The goal? A timeline that balances beautiful lighting, meaningful moments, and zero stress. Check out our sample timelines below!
